He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end.

My dad used to say, “today is the first day of the rest of your life.” Now I journal some of those”first days” as time weaves eternity in my heart. As it creates the colors of life interspersing joy with pain, songs with tears, and love with endurance, it creates a masterpiece that is unfathomable to the human heart yet embraced by God as His priceless treasure. He makes everything beautiful in its time.
